Interesting ideas are given a fair hearing, a careful build, and enough paperwork to make the whole arrangement look intentional.

  • Make

    Interesting ideas get a folder before things get out of hand. Some also get built.

  • Document

    The notes arrive early. This has prevented nothing, but it has improved the filing.

  • Release

    Projects are published when they are ready. Enthusiasm is not a release criterion.

Workshop policy

Five procedures, each short enough to follow without a meeting.

  1. Label the folder. Future us is a stranger who deserves a README.
  2. Finish the thought. An idea is not done when it is exciting. It is done when it is written down and boring.
  3. Publish when it is ready. A domain name is not a launch. A logo is not a roadmap. We checked.
  4. Define the dog's duties. The dog is a logo with strictly graphical responsibilities.
  5. Keep the stationery quiet. No scripts, no cookies, no trackers, no chatbot, and no applause lights.
